Admission Guidelines for class LKG
- Read the instructions carefully before filling up the application form.
- The child should have completed 4 years as on June 1st, 2027 for LKG admission.
- Admission is purely on availability of seats.
- Online Application begins on 15th July, 2026 and closes on 14th August, 2026.
- Your application will be considered only when the hard copy of the Online Application and the payment receipt are received in the school office on or before 14th August, 2026.
- Candidates can apply for admission only through Online on our website chavaradarsan.com.
- Note: To fill in the Online Application Form, you must have:
- Birth Certificate
- Passport-size photograph (jpg format)
- Applicant's Aadhaar card
- Immunization Certificate
(File formats: pdf, jpg, png & jpeg. Allowed maximum size: 1 MB.)
- Once you have entered all the required information, click the Submit button and proceed to the online payment section to pay the application fee of Rs. 300/-.
- After clicking the Make Payment button, select a payment mode: UPI, Credit/Debit card, Net Banking.
- In case of failed/incomplete payment, use the Retry Payment option to complete the payment.
- A filled-in Application form with an automatically assigned Application Number will be displayed on the screen. Take the printout on A4 size paper.
- You will also get a payment receipt along with the Application form. Take the printout on A4 size paper.
- The Application form, duly signed by the parent along with the receipt of payment, should be submitted to the Chavara Darsan CMI Kindergarten office after submitting the form.
- Kindly note down the Application Number for all future correspondence.
- Further admission details will be communicated to you through email after receiving the hardcopy of the Application form.
- There will be a meeting with the Principal for the parents & child.

- The decision of the school management regarding admission shall be final and binding.
- Admission is subject to the norms and regulations prescribed by the State Govt and CBSE guidelines, wherever applicable.
